Senior League

The Corpus Christi Senior League provides opportunities for parishioners 55 and older to socialize and share activities of common interest. The Senior League was formed in 1979 and has served the needs of many parishioners since that time.
What we do
The Senior League promoted fellowship by sponsoring a variety of events, including:
Spiritual
Mass and communion on the first Friday of the month, allowing members to complete a novena of first Fridays each year
Educational
Guest speakers on a wide range of topics of mutual interest
Cultural
Events such as operas, symphonies and trips to art galleries
Recreational
Day trips and outing to places of historical and educational interest.
The group is not a fund-raising organization. Dues (currently $10 per year) are collected to defray expenses. Elected officers include president, vice president, treasurer, recording secretary and corresponding secretary.
Who can join
Any parishioner, married, single, widowed or divorced who is 55 years old or older may join.
When we meet
On the first Friday of each month from September until June. Meetings usually start with Mass at noon, followed by a luncheon and time for socializing and planning for future events.
