Altar Guild, Hospitality & Environmental Committee

Jesus gave us the sacraments through the Church to remind us of who we are: We belong to God and each other!

Our Altar Guild is a group of ladies organized to take care of all the altar needs required by the liturgy. All members meet monthly to discuss needs. Two members meet weekly to tend such tasks as polishing candlesticks, chalices and other sacred vessels; laundering purificators and other linens; grooming and watering flowers; and replacing candles as needed. Members also make purificators and baptismal bibs for parish use. Although the Altar Group is a work group, members also meet for a potluck luncheon and Christmas party every year in December.
